Help Desk

We offer Help Desk Services to assist you as an indiviual or as an organization. To submit a ticket, you must be contracted with us. Just send us an email expressing your interest to info@innovativecybersystems.com and we will send you our pricing and a Service Level Agreement. Or if you like to save some money and not sign a Service Level Agreement, instead of submitting a ticket, you can gain assistance with our Help Desk Chat Service for $2.00 per

 minute.

 

 

Maintenance

Although our main business is to offer Help Desk Services, we can also offer maintenance services in the form of weekly and/or monthly updates, and/or patches. We will need permission to remote access your computer or computers to perform the updates. You no longer need to worry about updating your system, we will do it for you.

Data Backup and Data Recovery

Backup vs. Recovery. In a nutshell, the primary difference between backup and recovery is that the former is a copy of original data that can be used in case of a database failure while recovery refers to the process of restoring your database to its correct (original) state when a failure occurs.
